It's a 35-minute ride from Subic and it's near the famous Anvaya Cove in Morong.

Samantha Farm is an exclusive place and it's perfect for nature-loving people or for companies looking for a nature-themed team building.

The resthouse is in the middle of a lush mountain with river and a man made pool on its side. The pool water is completely natural as it comes directly from the river.

The rest house has two bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath (one inside the house and another one outside the house), kitchen and a large living room. It also has a cute breakfast nook.

Sea Residences is a project by SM Development. It is located almost in front of Mall of Asia (MOA) making it a very convenient location. It's near the airport, close to Makati business district and Manila area.
